Terms of Service

VV You ("the Platform") is an entertainment AI scenario-simulation service. All content generated by the Platform is a fictional simulation based on your input. It does not predict the future and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological professional advice. The Platform also offers "Starring You": original, fictional short stories written by the Platform, in which you choose a character — a VV You Original character or your own face-verified character — to play the lead in a short AI-generated film: either the full film, or one highlight (a single scene of the story, without its ending).

VV You is operated by VVYOU EMPIRE (202603257514), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• This service is not directed at minors. If we discover an account holder is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate the account.

• Registration requires a valid, verified email address.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

• VVC is a virtual credit usable only within the Platform. It cannot be cashed out, transferred to other users, or exchanged for money or any other item of value.
• Purchased VVC currently does not expire (we reserve the right to change this policy in the future with advance notice).
• Prices and top-ups are charged in US dollars (USD) and processed by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. VVC is added to your balance once the payment is confirmed. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee.
• If a top-up payment is refunded to you, or reversed by your bank or card issuer (a "chargeback"), the VVC added by that payment is removed from your balance, as far as it has not been used. If a chargeback is later decided in our favour, that VVC is restored. While a chargeback is open, or if VVC from a reversed payment had already been used, we may pause top-ups or suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
• The Platform does not offer cash refunds, except for a duplicate charge, a charge for the wrong amount, or a charge you did not authorize, as set out in our Refund & Delivery Policy (vvyou.com/en/refund-policy). If a generation fails for technical reasons, the VVC spent on that attempt will be automatically and fully refunded to your balance. If a delivered Starter, Standard or Double video, or a Starring You full film or highlight, has a real defect, you can request one free fix within 7 days of delivery — using the "request a free regeneration" button on that video's page, or by emailing us at support@vvyou.com. Every request is first checked automatically, and by a person if the automatic check does not confirm a defect; if approved, we redo the affected parts of the same video and the corrected version replaces it. A free fix does not return VVC or change the package, and Trial videos (and Starring You trailers, which are no longer sold) do not include one. What counts as a defect is set out in our Refund & Delivery Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
• Every video is reviewed by VV You for quality and safety before it is released to you. If a video does not pass this review, the VVC spent on it is refunded in full to your balance.

• The on-screen character in your video is either (a) one of VV You's original, fictional characters from our roster — created by VV You using artificial intelligence, with no photo or biometric data of you involved; any resemblance to a real person is coincidental — or (b) if you choose to, a character created from your own real photo, as described in §5A below.
• Your written input (situation, concerns, hoped-for outcomes, etc.) must not include nudity, sexual content, violent content, hate speech, another person's private information shared without their consent, or any material that infringes another person's rights.
• You may not request the likeness of a real, named public figure.
• The Platform uses automated content moderation and reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any request that violates the above, without refund of VVC in cases of deliberate policy violation.
• If your input is detected as expressing self-harm or suicidal risk, the Platform will pause generation and direct you to third-party support resources instead of processing that request.

• You may choose to create a character based on your own real photo instead of picking from our fictional roster. This is entirely optional.
• Before this feature will run, you must confirm, by an explicit checkbox, that you consent and that the character is of you, and complete a face liveness check (to confirm you are a real, live person in front of the camera). This feature may only be used to create a character of yourself — never of any other real person, even with their permission.
• We compare your liveness check against the photo you upload to confirm they are the same person. If they don't match closely enough, or the liveness check does not pass, the character is not created.
• Your first face character is free. Each additional one costs 199 VVC, shown to you before you start and charged only once the character has been created successfully. You can keep up to 3 face characters at a time. VVC paid for a face character is not refunded if you later delete it.
• Your face character is subject to the same content rules as everything else on the Platform (§5).
• You may delete a face character at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to the photo and the verification record when you do.

• You have the right to personally use and share the final video generated from your input (download, post on social media, etc.).
• Every delivered video has a shareable link (a page at vvyou.com that plays the video). This link is not searchable or listed anywhere by us, but anyone who has the link — including anyone you send it to — can view it without an account. Treat it the way you would treat a link to a shared document: don't send it anywhere you wouldn't want the video seen. If you want a video's link taken down, email us at support@vvyou.com and we will remove it; we may also remove it on our own if we're notified it infringes someone's rights or violates these Terms.
• The Platform reserves the right to use generated content in anonymized/aggregated form for product improvement purposes (we never publicly display content that identifies you; sharing a video's link is always your own choice).
• Commercial use of generated content (advertising, brand partnerships, etc.) requires separate written permission from the Platform.
• The videos are generated with artificial intelligence. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform on which you share them, including any requirement to disclose AI-generated content.
• Some videos include a spoken narration voice and/or background music. Any narration voice is entirely AI-generated — never a recording of a real person, and never your own voice. The order page for a video tells you clearly whether that specific video includes an AI narration voice.
• Ownership of VV You characters. The VV You characters — including their names, appearances, portraits, and any related branding — belong to VV You. Your right to personally use and share a video that features a VV You character does not give you ownership of, or any licence to use, the character itself outside that video. In particular, you may not: (a) claim, register, or present any VV You character as your own creation, trademark, or brand; (b) extract, copy, or redistribute a character's portrait or likeness separately from the delivered video; (c) use a character to impersonate a real person or to suggest that a real person endorsed anything; or (d) use the videos or characters to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI model.
• We may add, change, or retire characters at any time. Retiring a character does not affect videos already delivered to you.
• Starring You stories, scripts and VV You Original characters remain the Platform's own work. Your rights in a Starring You film or highlight you bought are the same as for any delivered video: personal use and sharing; any commercial use needs our separate written consent.
• If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your rights, email us at support@vvyou.com with the details and we will review it promptly.

• All scenarios generated by this service are AI-generated fictional content based on probability and pattern-matching. We make no guarantee of accuracy, and this content does not constitute advice for, or a guarantee of, any real-life decision. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions made in connection with this service.
• Except where prohibited by law, the Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this service.

• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice depending on severity, if you violate these Terms.
• We will post any updated Terms on this page with a new "last updated" date. For material changes we will also notify registered users by email or by a notice on the site before the changes take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated Terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Malaysia.
